Holiday Gift Guide!

Hi guys!

Not long until Santa climbs down our chimney now! This year has just flown past and if you're anything like me, you haven't got all of your Christmas shopping done yet.
Granted, I am a stresshead (read: won the year 12 award for "biggest stress head" at my high school and I do have a whiteboard which organises who I've got left to buy for, what I have bought and what I am going to buy), I still love reading gift-guides this time of year to add little extras to my friends' presents, (read: to put on my wish list which I will proceed to add to my Mum's eBay watch list).
However, the products in this post are things I have already got and love and that is why I am sharing them with you, so you can give wonderful, exciting gifts to all your fashionista and beauty-holic friends this Christmas.

I have included a couple of options for each price range.

Under $20
1. MOR soap and hand-wash in Honey.

These ones I had already bought myself. In January this year I bought a whopping stack of MOR soaps and hand-washes, enough to last me this whole year, in all different scents of course. I have done really well. I have only 1 more full bottle of hand wash, and one more unopened bar of soap. If I had to choose my 3 favourite scents from the MOR range, they would be 1. Marshmallow, 2. Honey, and 3. Grapefruit. I really like variety of body/ hand scents throughout the seasons, and I always switch them up depending on my mood. You can't go wrong by giving someone one (or a couple) of items from MORs skin, hand and body range. There are heaps of scents to choose from, so there is something for every personality. And these sweet little gifts, most retailing at under $20, wrapped in clear cellophane and tied with a ribbon, make perfect stuffing fillers/ KK gifts or tokens of appreciation for the holiday season.

2. Rose gold bauble and string bracelet from Ally Fashion

A no-brainer. I saw this at the register for $4.99. Perfect! You could couple 2 or 3 in various colours for stacking. I have had so many compliments on this bracelet, (people often think it is much more expensive) and I really couldn't imagine having happier feelings for an accessory than I do for this bracelet.

$20
1. MOZI coconut & pineapple Votive Candle

I received this candle with a birthday present last month from a very dear friend. I love candles and I can never resist purchasing a new scent that I fall in love with. My favourite scents are sweet and buttery, rather than earthy or floral. This scent is definitely for the sweet lovers. The pineapple scent is robust and alluring, but the coconut notes make the scent smooth and delicate. This scent also has hints of lime and palm sugar and is the perfect scent for Summer, especially if you are stuck at home and want your house/ office to smell like a relaxing tropical holiday. Candles are very special gifts because they are feminine, gentle and carry an essence of nostalgia. Our brains are very in synch with correlating sensory interludes with memories, so, every time you burn that candle, you will think of the person who gave it to you.

2. ulta3 Candy Couture 12 limited edition nail polishes plus 4 bottles of candy sprinkles

This one is props to my Grandma! Ulta3's holiday collections are fantastic and I particularly love this set because not only does it have summery pastel colours that I can use now, in Summer; I am currently rocking 'min-tea' (haha how cool are the names?!) but there are some darker shades like navy and ox-blood for the colder months.

Also, these fabulous packs include 4 full-size bottles of nail sprinkles! (see bottom row). Nail sprinkles are all the hype right now and I'll be sure to post a tutorial on how to achieve the look! I'm really feeling the multi-coloured sprinkles for New Years Eve parties!

Bigger gifts

1. Subscription to Cosmopolitan Magazine!

I am an (overly maybe**) dedicated Cosmo fan! I live, work, sleep and breath Cosmo's words. I anxiously await my subscription every month in the mail, and it arrives the Friday before the issue hits stands (the next Monday) like clockwork. This is the perfect gift for any fashion/ beauty lover. It is the gift that keeps on giving all year long. You are giving so many things by subscribing someone to Cosmo; expert relationship advice, fashion and beauty trends, health and lifestyle tips and tricks, entertainment, celebrity interviews and much more. If you know anyone who is not subscribed to Cosmo, give them the gift of magicallness (not a word)... (should be a word).

2. Rose gold bracelets from Mocha

This stunning set of linked rose-gold bracelets from Mocha was given to me by someone very special! I'm not sure how much this one cost, but I know from previous shopping at Mocha, you can get an elegant and simple bracelet from  around $40 and the prices rise well up into the hundreds depending on the metals and gems used. Rose gold is my absolute favourite (Saving all my pennies for a rose gold Michael Kors watch) and I love delicate ball bracelets. I love how this set has a couple of small charms including coins and a chain tassel. Mocha jewellery is unique and elegant and is a perfect place to buy something for someone really special like you Mum, Sister or Best Friend. Jewellery (and I mean good jewellery not things that are in fashion for a month) is timeless and will always be remembered.

So theres my very first Holiday Gift Guide! I hope you found this useful! Add me on Facebook and send me a message saying what you thought and what posts you would like to see soon!
